STEVE LEEK
With over 30 years of Marketing, Advertising and Sales in the retail and wholesale industry, Steve recognized the need for a business model for which so many brands were looking, a boutique approach to representing and marketing their brands with the potential for influencing both sell-in and sell-through. In 2008, Steve started the company on that vision and has worked with and helped to grow top internationally known luxury beauty and lifestyle brands.
KIM BRAUER
Kim is an integral part of Leek and Company with over 25 years of management and sales experience. Kim’s passions for beauty and lifestyle brands, fuel her success in the business. With a tenacious approach to everything, Kim manages many of our vendor partner relationships and day-to-day sales and operations.

Steve is an important part of Leek and Company with 30+ years of management and sales experience. Focusing on Key distribution channels, he is an entrepreneurial business development leader who rapidly increases revenue & profitability for companies focused on consumer packaged goods & services, consistently exceeding goals.
MARY KATE ZIELINSKI
Full of charm and enthusiasm, Mary Kate coordinates with many of our accounts for ongoing sales and operations. Her experience in marketing, sales and merchandising provides a valuable foundation for knowledge in the Leek and Company business model.
